Is there a minimum term?
  We offer a minimum term of one month.
   
How much do I need to pay before I can move in?
We ask for a deposit of one and half times the cost of the office, and your first month’s office fees.
 
How can we pay?
Each month the fixed services fees( office, handset & internet connection) are payable in advance by direct debit on the 1st of the month. The miscellaneous charges are invoiced in arrears.
 
What does my License fee include?
  - Rent, business rates, service charges, & building insurance
  - Furnished office including desks & chairs
  - Utility charges eg heating , lighting, electricity & maintenance
  - Regular cleaning services
  - Category 5 data cabling throughout
  - Secure 24/7 access
  - Communal kitchen with basic utensils

What about internet access?
  We offer immediate connection to our static IP internet service, with no lead times or additional cabling required
